Specifically designed for food granules, candy, chocolate, and similar free-flowing food products requiring stringent metal contamination control.

Detection accuracy is adjustable according to production requirements. Minimum detectable and separable metal particle diameter: 0.2 mm.

Raw material falls freely from the hopper or feeder into the metal separator. When no metal impurities are present, the material passes directly through to the lower outlet. If the detector identifies metal in the feedstock, the controller immediately activates the separation plate, diverting the metal and a small portion of feedstock to the side discharge port. The manifold then quickly returns to its normal position. Manifold speed is adjustable, and detection accuracy can be tuned to suit production needs.
